Jeanette has over 18 years of experience in craniosacral therapy (working with the spine and skull to relieve restrictions of the nerve passages), reiki (a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing, myofascial release (a hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion), neuromuscular therapy, acupuncture and a lifetime of experience with horses.
